As a RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) with 26 years experience and a COM (Certified Orofacial Myologist) with 3 years experience, I have a passion for helping people of all ages improve their wellbeing. From tongue tie assessments, eliminating digit sucking, correcting oral rest posture, improving nasal breathing, reducing TMJ pain and even learning how to chew with dentures, I love a challenge. Having discovered myofunctional therapy to drastically reduce my own TMJ pain and sleep disordered breathing, I am excited to help others rediscover orofacial harmony and live their best life.
