Hi! After 0ver 20 years in the dental field I was drawn to a more comprehensive and collaborative approach to healthcare. This prompted me to start my myofunctional and airway journey. I took my first myofunctional training course early 2021 and the rest is history!With the support of my husband and three children, in July of 2021 I opened my practice Cruz Myotherapy seeing patients virtually and now in a hybrid of in person or virtual setting. Along with my COM® I have completed the Myo Munchee certifiication and currently in the process of completing my Buteyko certification as well as the Bebe Munchee certification. March 2024 I completed my Infant Feeding Counselor certification to support parents in the feeding and developmental growth of their infants. I am working with families with young children to give them the proper tools and support needed for their children’s health. It is my mission to be an advocate for all of my clients so that they can achieve their goals of optimal health, growth, and development.
