Amanda Zubricki, CFT, is a Myofunctional Therapist based in North Carolina. Originally from New Jersey, Amanda has worked in private practices across Virginia, Texas, and North Carolina before settling in the Raleigh area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University and an Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Virginia Community College, bringing a strong understanding of patient behaviors and the psychological aspects of therapy into her care approach.

Passionate about professional development, Amanda has trained extensively in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) and believes in a functional, preventative, and patient-centered approach to care. With seven years of experience as a former massage therapist and a recently reinstated massage license, she emphasizes whole-body wellness, patient education, and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health.

Amanda has a special interest in helping children and adults with TMJ dysfunction, airway concerns, oral habits, and sleep-disordered breathing. She is especially passionate about early intervention to help prevent broader health and airway-related complications later in life.

Amanda is the founder of The Myo Project, where she provides individualized myofunctional therapy services focused on improving breathing, sleep, oral function, and overall quality of life. She currently sees patients virtually and in person at two Raleigh-area locations:
• South Raleigh Home Office
• Little Tooth Co. – North Raleigh Location

Amanda remains actively involved in continuing education and community outreach while advocating for greater awareness of the benefits of myofunctional therapy.
