Amaka Ozah Winslow received her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from New York Medical College. She specializes in pediatric dysphagia and has now incorporated her sub-specialty in orofacial myofunctional disorders into her feeding practice. She has over 16 years of experience working in pediatric dysphagia! She is currently employed at Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems where she splits her time between working in the Feeding Department and overseeing the Orofacial-Feeding Rotation for the 2nd Year Dental Residents in order to provide further clinical education regarding orofacial myofunctional disorders and its correlations to feeding disorders to dental residents.
