I am an experienced and compassionate Myofunctional Therapist with over 14 years of clinical practice. Certified by the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM) and a graduate of all available courses at the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT) to include Buteyko Breath Education. As a Breathe Institute Ambassador since 2019 and inaugural graduate of The Breathe Institute's MyoMastermind program, I am deeply committed to advancing myofunctional therapy for patients of all ages. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of orofacial myofunctional disorders, including TMJ dysfunction, sleep apnea, improper tongue posture, speech, and swallowing issues. I also have a strong focus on Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTS), advocating for early detection and intervention in tongue and lip ties that impact infants, children, and adults. I am passionate about pre- & post-operative care for patients who have undergone frenuloplasty, frenectomy, frenotomy and/or orofacial & TMJ surgical procedures. I have owned and operated my private practice since 2012, providing personalized, evidence-based care to patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve overall health and quality of life. I am also a liaison and a member of the American Academy of Physiologic Medicine and Dentistry (AAPMD) the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA) and the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AAGO).
