Sandra holds a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology – Speech & Hearing Sciences from the University of Michigan. She is certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA), is licensed by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board, holds a Professional License through the Ohio Department of Education, is certified as an NHS Qualified Orofacial Myologist, and is a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice (ALPP). Sandra has completed specialized trainings in pediatric feeding and tethered oral tissues and is a recent two time recipient of ASHA's ACE Award.
